We are dedicated to providing our community with healthy food, grown or produced from local farmers and artisans in our region. Shopping local ensures that more money stays in our local economy, and reduces the impact on the environment due to transportation. We are proud of our community and honoured to be able to support our farmers!
Our Goals
We work with over 80 local farmers and food producers from British Columbia. It is our goal to help support these wonderful people in their endeavours. The more we sell, the more they grow! It is also our goal to increase the quality of life for our friends in our community. A healthy outside starts with a healthy inside! We also provide certified organic produce year round, sourced as close to us as possible! Due to our short growing season we order organic produce through distributers in B.C. that source worldwide.
